Job Summary

A competent HR Officer is needed to provide HR support in the areas of recruitment, learning and development and performance management among others.

  • Minimum Qualification : Degree
  • Experience Level : Entry level
  • Experience Length : 2 years
  • Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding plans
  • Identify employee leaning needs, coordinate and evaluate training programmes
  • Assist in performance management and employee evaluation
  • Effectively maintain all employee and Company records
  • Undertake other administrative tasks as assigned
  • Role Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in HR Officer / HR Administrator role
  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in HR or related fields from a recognized tertiary institution
  • Knowledge of HR functions such as recruitment & selection, training & development, performance management, etc
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Results orientation
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and complete them accurately and on time
  • Team player and openness to learn
  • Must be dependable and have unquestionable integrity
