A) OPERATIONS

  • Discharge all products consigned to station of work
  • Ensure that the Company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are observed at all times.
  • Ensure that the station has at all times the necessary valid regulatory documentations
  • Acknowledge receipt of all products consigned to the station by indicating clearly name of recipient and stamp of the station
  • Conduct a daily inspection of all equipment installed at the station and flag out for the attention of responsible TM any deviations
  • Ensure that all documents relating to the station are properly filed at all times
  • Ensure the safety of all assets of the Company and employees of the station
  • B) HR

    a. Create attendants schedule and maintain a register of daily attendance to work by all officers of the station

    b. Train new attendants assigned to the station

    c. Submit record of monthly attendance to work to HR through the Territory Manager

    d. Channel all staff welfare issues to HR through the Territory Manager

    e. Ensure that all officers of the station are at all times properly dressed and work-ready

    f. Ensure that general house keeping at all times meet the set standards of the Company

    C) FINANCE

    a. Judiciously manage petty cash allocated to the station and account for the use of same to allow for reimbursement

    b. Submit report on sales recorded at the station on daily basis

    c. Ensure all sales are banked as expected

    d. Ensure that requests for utility payments are raised in time and follow up to ensure that payment for such is done in a timely manner at all times

    e. Send bank deposit slips to Head on daily basis

    f. Keep proper records of stocks and sales activities at all times

    D) MARKETING & CRM

  • Interact with patrons and other stake-holders of the station
  • Scout for new credible clients and keeping a database of same for the Territory Manager to follow up on
  • Address customer complaints and concerns and escalate issues needing higher level intervention to Territory Manager
  • Any other responsibilities as may be assigned from time-to-time
