Previous work experience in a Professional environment required
Proficiency with Office systems including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Description
The post holder shall provide support to managers, other employees, and office visitors by handling a variety of tasks in order to ensure that all interactions between the organization and others are positive and productive.
General administrative support- filing, data entry, photocopying, etc.
Organise and schedule statutory meetings and appointments.
Assist in the collation of Information and documents and any other examination as needed.
Maintain computer and manual filling system.
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
Coordinate office procedures.
Tale accurate minutes of meetings.
Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient.
Attentive to details
Must be able to multitask
High sense of professional integrity and commitment to excellence
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Must be able to work independently with little / no supervision
