  • An ability to communicate clearly the technical diagnosis and needed repairs to customers.
  • A high level of motivation and energy and strong customer service skills

  • LOCATION : Accra

    Our client, a professional vehicle maintenance and repair service company is looking to hire an experienced Admin Support to help deliver top notch service with their rapidly growing customer base.

    ROLE PROFILE

    The successful candidate’s core responsibility is to receive order request and also a contact person between suppliers and the company.

    It will require a self-motivated and team-oriented individual who has excellent communication and customer service skills.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Receive order request from mechanical technicians
  • Take inventory and order materials and supplies as needed.
  • Liaison between clients and company
  • Handle clients requests and queries
  • Handle invoices and receipts
  • Handle petty cash.
  • Will be responsible for office bookkeeping
  • Compile and maintain records of office activities and business transactions.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments.
  • Operates various office machines including, photocopiers, scanners, telephone, and related equipment
  • Obtain information to respond to requests by reviewing files, documents, and records
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
