A passion for Spirits with a real ambition to achieve breakthrough in this space especially through the direct customers and other alternative RTC that drives growth especially in the off-trade..
Great understanding of competitors, distributors & key customers : their businesses, aspirations, motivations and what it takes to win in IPS & MSS.
Exceptional Relationship skills : proven ability to influence across functions and levels both internally and externally.
Great networking skills.
Authentic communicator with experience of working with internal and external stakeholders to achieve mutual business objectives.
A good coach and trainer of both functional and leadership capability development. Able to embed spirits understanding. Capability, disciplines, performance routines and processes into IPS & MSS team.

Role will be predominantly based in Accra but can also be moved to any part of the country in line with company directives.
Role will involve significant amount of travelling within Ghana and some travel across neighbouring countries
