Two years working experience in Customer Service or any related Description

  • Document all call information according to company accepted procedures
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
  • Update existing client information
  • Provide clients with service information
  • Answer distress calls professionally
  • Respond to customer enquiries
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and specific customer requests
  • Provide customers with product and service information
  • Enter customer information into data base
  • Follow up on all customer requests to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Complete call logs
  • Ensure front office is tidy and has all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and informative leaflets
  • Ensure timely and accurate customer service
