Job Summary

To provide administrative support to the administration department and to liaise with other departments as required.

  • Job Description

    Your Responsibilitieswould include (but are not limited to) as outlined below :

  • Coordinates the acquisition and renewal of work and residence permits for expatriates.
  • Preparing visa extensions for expatriates.
  • Preparing quota letters and reserving tickets for expatriates.
  • Preparing and Filing reports, memos, invoices, letters, and other documents. Also maintaining electronic and hard copy filing system. Perform Data Entry
  • Retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.
  • Maintains an efficient and effective administrative support to the Managing Director, and all Heads of Department as required.
  • Open, sort and distribute correspondence memos, letters, forms, invoices and other indexed documents
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
  • Preparing reports, memos, invoices, letters, and other documents.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, analyzing data and identifying solutions
  • Assists in the execution of the day to day admin activities of the department and the entire organization
