WHAT YOU WILL DO
Manage incoming calls.
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND COMPETENCES
Ability to speak Mandarin Fluently.
HND in Customer Service / Communications
Certificate in Languages (Mandarin).
Proven customer support experience.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt / respond to different types of characters.
