The post holder shall report directly to the President and the Vice President of the College and shall provide executive support in a one-
on-one working relationship. As the EA you shall serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies and stakeholders on all matters pertaining to the Office of the President and Vice President.
Comprehensive maintenance of a daily schedule for the Heads
Coordinating calls and meetings on behalf of the Head of the Institution
Handling incoming phone calls and mail and other stakeholder correspondence
Making logistical arrangements related to travels or visitors, and procurement of office stationery and others.
Planning of meetings and catering requirements
Coordination of major communication on behalf of the Head
Provide general administrative support- filing, data entry, copying, etc.
Excellent presentation skills
Excellent research skills
Must be able to work independently with little supervision
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
Must possess multi-task handling ability
Must have integrity and be committed to excellence
