Conduct quarterly survey on quarterly service delivery for all tenants and landlord and submit report to management.
Resolve all customer complaints and work orders within 48 hours
Daily routine activities must be as follows :
Liaise with all artisans and service providers to ensure that work orders are completed on time and keep a database of all service providers.
Ensure the following reports are submitted each month :
All work orders conducted within a month incident report, operating report generated quarterly.
To perform business development duties relating to the company in a professional manner.
To locate and propose potential business transactions for facility management and property brokerages etc.
