Communicate and follow-up with customers via phone and email to resolve issues until they are delighted
Respond to the problems of the customer promptly
Establish and maintain strong client relationships

A college degree (preferred)
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills

You are tech-savvy and can multi-task across many different systems at the same time.
