  • Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales revenue and Profit goals.
  • Cultivate effective business relationships with Dealer network and direct sales to institutions / corporates.
  • Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis.
  • Sound administrative, analytical and problem-solving skill, and able to prioritize tasks and remain focus.
  • Set individual sales targets with sales team in Coordination with Line Manager.
  • Liaise with other company functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives.
  • Track, collate and interpret sales figures, help prepare budgets : forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue.
  • Control expenses, maintain finished goods inventory control and monitor budgets
  • Knowledge and Experience :

  • Min 5 years’ experience out of which at least 2 years in similar position (handling sales Territory independently) Dealership sales / Channel sales in B to C environment.
  • Tanks / Pipes / Hardware / Construction material are the preferred industry.

  • Should have good knowledge of software-based Sales & accounting modules.
  • Excellent relationship management with commercial acumen is the crux of the Job. Key Skills : BBA / MBA with minimum 5years of experience into Sales.
  • Experience from Tanks / Pipes / Hardware / Construction material are the preferred industry. Location : Ghana Required Experience : 3-7 yrs Positions : 1
