Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales revenue and Profit goals.
Cultivate effective business relationships with Dealer network and direct sales to institutions / corporates.
Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis.
Sound administrative, analytical and problem-solving skill, and able to prioritize tasks and remain focus.
Set individual sales targets with sales team in Coordination with Line Manager.
Liaise with other company functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives.
Track, collate and interpret sales figures, help prepare budgets : forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue.
Control expenses, maintain finished goods inventory control and monitor budgets
Knowledge and Experience :
Min 5 years’ experience out of which at least 2 years in similar position (handling sales Territory independently) Dealership sales / Channel sales in B to C environment.
Tanks / Pipes / Hardware / Construction material are the preferred industry.
Should have good knowledge of software-based Sales & accounting modules.
Excellent relationship management with commercial acumen is the crux of the Job. Key Skills : BBA / MBA with minimum 5years of experience into Sales.
