  • Sell to key wholesale accounts. Establish and build positive relationship with wholesale customers.
  • Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features and solicit orders.
  • Manage wholesale accounts and develops new strategies to drive efficiency, maximize profitability and meet set monthly targets.
  • Check stock levels and reorder stocks as necessary.
  • Consult with customers after sales in order to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
  • Negotiate with wholesale customer to improve product exposure such as shelf positioning and advertising.
  • Plan and stock product displays in wholesale shops, or make recommendations regarding product displays, promotional programs and advertising.
  • Provide customers with products samples and catalogues.
  • Answer customers’ questions about products, prices, availability, and product use and credit terms.
  • Arrange and direct delivery of products to customers.
  • Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors’ products, prices and sales.
  • Participates in weekly sales meeting and on-site training.
  • Negotiate and use persuasion skills to overcome objections.
