Sell to key wholesale accounts. Establish and build positive relationship with wholesale customers.
Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features and solicit orders.
Manage wholesale accounts and develops new strategies to drive efficiency, maximize profitability and meet set monthly targets.
Check stock levels and reorder stocks as necessary.
Consult with customers after sales in order to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
Negotiate with wholesale customer to improve product exposure such as shelf positioning and advertising.
Plan and stock product displays in wholesale shops, or make recommendations regarding product displays, promotional programs and advertising.
Provide customers with products samples and catalogues.
Answer customers’ questions about products, prices, availability, and product use and credit terms.
Arrange and direct delivery of products to customers.
Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors’ products, prices and sales.
Participates in weekly sales meeting and on-site training.
Negotiate and use persuasion skills to overcome objections.
