Job Purpose :
Handle all issues pertaining to the Best Western Stores.
Main Duties :
Responsible for reviewing all daily revenue activities of the hotel to
Ensure that all revenues have been accounted for.
Preparation of the following reports; Revenue Reports, Cash reports,
City ledger etc
Auditing the PMS to ensure that all rooms are charged appropriate room rates and all cash collected are accounted for.
Responsible for performing all front office functions (During night shift)
Running the night on the PMS (Closing and opening the Day)
Perform any other Functions assign to him / her by Management
Qualifications : HND Accountancy
Reporting Skills, Microsoft Office Skills, Managing Processes, Organization, Analyzing Information , Professionalism, Problem Solving, Supply Management, Inventory Control, Verbal Communication.
