We are therefore seeking a highly motivated and results-driven digital marketer with strong marketing skills who will thrive in a fast-paced environment and can sell our services.
Develop a comprehensive digital plan and create strategies to increase online traffic
Work with the team to develop and design digital content to enable Slamm to increase brand awareness and grow its presence in the external marketplace
Design and execute digital marketing campaigns / programs that generate qualified leads for our sales teams
Generate, measure and analyze monthly performance reports on our marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Track social media analytics on a bi-weekly basis to inform marketing strategy
Make recommendations to optimize performance
Evaluate and identify new tools, applications, and lead sources by conducting periodic reviews of the market and following up on contacts
Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, English or related field
2-4 years of content marketing or writing experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and adhere to project deadlines
Understanding of SEO and its ability to guide content creation and strategy
Self-motivated and able to work well both individually and in a highly collaborative environment
Strong analytical skills, with an ability to turn data into action-oriented decisions
Working knowledge of a marketing automation platform
