    ThePosition Title : Outbound Customer Care Representative (Reactivation Agent)

    Responsibilities :

  • Our Reactivation Agents contactour dormant customers to reactive their services
  • Responsible for upsellingof subscriptions bouquets to both dormant and existing customer if need be
  • Work from a call centermaking cold calls to customers
  • Responsible for meetingdaily, weekly, monthly key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Educate dormant customersabout product and services without sounding robotic and rehearsed
  • Must have a strongcustomer service background
  • Able wot access customerinformation in computer system, and manage customer data across more than onecomputer applications
  • Ability to manage timeand multitask and update records and information
  • Able to respond tocustomer concerns and questions
  • Must be a quick learn tolearn and understand company products and services
  • Must be able to meetproductivity goals / KPIs consistently.
  • Must have salesbackground and customer service background
  • Any other duties assignedby supervisor
  • BasicQualifications :

  • A minimum of Diplomarequired
  • 1 3 years’ workexperience
  • ThePerson

  • Passionate about customercare and sales
  • Target oriented
  • Experience working withMs Office
  • Fluent in written andspoken English and any of the local languages especially Twi, Ewe, Ga.
  • Has passion forcommission-based work
  • Able to work well underpressure and under minimum supervision
  • An excellentcommunicator
  • A team player
  • Exposure to Customer Careor Call Centre experience is a plus
