    JOB TITLE : General Manager

    ROLE OBJECTIVE :

    Our client, a cosmetics company is seeking nna General Manager to support the CEO in decision making with relevant information.

    Duties for the General Manager will include formulating policies, coordinating business operations, monitoring and motivating staff, managing operational costs, ensuring good customer service, improving administration processes, engaging with vendors, identifying business opportunities, and monitoring financial activities to ensure growth of the company.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Develop goals and objectives that tend to growth of business.
  • Implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of company goals.
  • Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities, recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Identifying product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Gather, analyze and interpret external and internal data and write reports.
  • Assess overall company performance against objectives.
  • Represent the company in events, conferences etc.
  • Identifying business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Drive a consistent and high-quality performance review processes by administering and tracking of Objective Setting, Performance Appraisals, Calibration and People Strategies Sessions.
