Zebra Prints is a vibrant startup company offering digital printing services in Ghana. The Business Development Executive position is an Experienced Level working role, working in a team, to meet the goals of the company.
Purpose of Position
The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving sales, providing excellent customer service, building positive business relationships, and working with the team to ensure that any commitments to customers are delivered within appropriate timeframes.
This person shall be responsible for coordinating all sales activities to meet sales goals and maintaining fruitful relationships with customers. The candidate shall;
Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts and new markets.
Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process.
Deliver sales presentations, product / service demonstrations, and other sales actions.
Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls, provide quotes and convert into sales.
Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic sales and marketing approaches.
Manage and promote Zebra Prints’ electronic and digital media such as websites and social media platforms.
Maintain and expand the Zebra Prints’ database of customers and prospects and keep them informed about new developments in products and services.
Assist in creating RFP responses to potential clients.
Spearhead marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibitions, and other events.
Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.
Appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position.
Develop an in depth understanding of Zebra Prints’ products, services and strategies.
Take personal responsibility to build and maintain industry and competitor knowledge.
Attend periodic sales training where applicable.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATION
A degree in Marketing, Communication or business-related program.
Recent experience having worked within a sales or marketing role, consistent track record of success in achieving and succeeding sales targets;
proven ability in targeting new business opportunities; a confident negotiator with proven ability to close the deal; a positive and determined approach to researching and analyzing new business opportunities.
Proficiency in social media and digital marketing.
Strong creative, organizational, problem solving and time-management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Big egos need not apply.

CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
Salary : To be negotiated
Commitment : This position will require 45 hours per week. Most work will need to be completed between the hours of 8 5 pm.
Training : Attendance at all Zebra Prints training activities is required.
Probation : Candidate shall undergo a probation period of 3 months for 60% of the salary.
Overtime : Extra hours are common, especially to meet critical project deadlines.
