Location : Northern Region
Participates in the preparation of regionaldevelopment plans;
Collects planningdata / information from district assembles;
Monitors programmesand projects in the region funded by the central government or NDA;
Identifies potential sources of funds at the regional level to finance development;
Creates / maintains aplatform for sharing development ideas in the region;
Maintains aroster of development partners at the grassroots in the region;
Prepares monitoringand evaluation reports;
Creates / maintains an electronicplanning data base.
Aminimum of a Master’s Degree from an accredited tertiary institution in any ofthe following fields : Planning; Economics, Sociology orany other related field;
A minimum of one (1) year post-bachelor’s relevant work experience in a reputable institution.
Strong quantitative, qualitative and analyticalskills;
Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills;
Conflict management skills and Result oriented;
Negotiating, Diplomacy, Lobbying and resource mobilization;
Community entry and facilitation skills;
Good project management and Research Skills; ;
Relevantknowledge in ICT applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.);
Capacity to inspire, motivate, initiate and team player;
High integrity with strong ethics
