Repair and Return Coordinator shall be responsible for all Spares Repair Logistics Services and Advance Replacement Services.

She / He shall be responsible for full database integrity of all spares within the custody of the company and customer owned.

She / He shall ensure that service level agreements are kept in terms of repair Turn Around Time (TAT). Repair & Return Coordinator shall report internally to the Service Delivery Manager.

The main activities are as follows :

  • Answer and process incoming requests for spares replacement from Customer through Online Portal, telephone calls or emails.
  • Follow-up with the customer until the spare requests are fulfilled.

  • Process and coordinate orders for Repair and Return (R&R) and performs Return
  • Material Authorization (RMA) data entry.
  • Process and coordinates the R&R invoice activities with customers, 3rd party logistics partners and the company internal finance departments
  • Escalate critical customer service issues into Service Management
  • Coordinate activities to assist and support the customer to meet the objectives and conditions outlines in their Maintenance / Service Level Agreement (MLA / SLA)
  • Coordinate Logistics, Incoming and Outgoing Customs Duty activities with 3rd Party Logistics company on behalf of the company.
  • Prepare and forward proper documentation until delivery is compete. Keep records of complete delivery documents.

  • Improve the Service Quality by adhering to the company Support Services
  • Guidelines (GSS) as it related to Repair and Return
  • Conduct inventory cycle counts and maintain inventory database integrity
  • Support company objectives and adheres to corporate business ethics standards.
  • Executes on other tasks as assigned by the Service Delivery Manager
