We are recruiting a Corporate Training Specialist.

Job Description :

  • Map out clients internally and externally.
  • Liaise with external partners and outsource training. Responsibilities
  • Work experience as sales personnel in Corporate preferably Ghana or similar role.
  • Education experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of International Certification in trained programs.
  • Excellent communication (Preferably English)
  • Good email communication skills
  • Knowledge on corporate market (Ghana preferably)
  • Good follow up with meetings and with customers.
  • Attending daily standard meeting, sending daily report and preparation of proposals.
  • Requirement

  • Target oriented.
  • Consulting Corporate companies on training programs and daily training delivery methodologies.
  • Prepare reports on Excel.
  • Presentation Skills.
  • Gather Feedback from trainees and trainers.
  • Achieving daily meeting targets of field jobs.
