  • The Client Relationship Executive is responsible for client relationships, sales, and account management. The position will ensure targets are met, grow, and manage the portfolio and ensure client satisfaction.

    He will supervise all support services, establishing contact, and developing relationships with prospects.

    Responsibilities

  • Identifies business opportunities by recognizing prospects and evaluating, researching, and analyzing options.
  • Achieving Service targets and KPIs as set by the Top Management.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and / or key persons within customer companies.
  • Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with the services.
  • Manage portfolio and ensure clients payment are made per contract.
  • Letting clients know about other services the company offers.
  • Attending meetings with clients to build relationships with existing key accounts.
  • Working closely with other Officers to ensure quality service provision to clients.
  • Resolving concerns raised by clients’ promptly.
  • Provide support in carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews.
  • Supervising and updating the database and ensuring the other users (Officers) are aware of such data entries.
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.
  • Presents scheduled reports to the Top Management and other departmental heads
