We are recruiting an Operations Manager for our international clients to start immediately with prior experience. You will be well-

organised, articulate and have excellent command of the English language (spoken and written). You will be reporting direct to the CEO, managing tasks on the ground and acting as the main internal and external point of contact.

Responsibilities

  • Develop local business strategy and plans
  • Define, implement and optimise local policy, operational processes, procedures and standards
  • Build and lead local sales and marketing activities
  • Be a focal point of communication for the company’s business, prioritising business opportunities and product initiatives
  • Help close new deals with local customers
  • Manage pipelines and forecasts
  • Build strategic partnerships with customers from Directors up to C-Level.
  • Have an excellent understanding of digital advertising technology, video and publisher revenue ecosystems.
  • Recruit, monitor performance, mentor coaching and develop career plans across commercial teams
  • Work with Senior management to consistently achieve and exceed revenue goals
  • Interact with account directors, account managers and our solutions team to effectively deliver on client KPI's.
  • Oversee all operations including taking responsibility for sales, trade shows, roadshows and quality targets set by the company
  • Managing projects and change
  • Conducting market research
  • Deliver effective presentations
  • Organise and manage events

  • Must be educated to degree level or equivalent, preferably with some financial qualification a solid understanding of budgeting and financial planning is essential as this role involves agreeing annual budgets as well as producing financial reports.
  • Economics, Finance, Business Management or an MBA would be ideal.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
  • Deliver the highest standards of customer service.
  • Extensive senior experience in key sales positions with strong leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to penetrate new markets and learn new technologies
  • Results driven and an ability to lead by example when required
  • Must be well connected within the local digital media market with strong advertiser, agency and media outlet connections and display impeccable local market understanding.
  • Experienced in independently building, pursuing and closing a large pipeline of lead
  • Excellent networking skills with a proven ability to develop long-lasting relationships with customers, stakeholders, investors and government officials
  • A solid understanding of budgeting and business planning is essential
  • Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, including people-management, leadership and both written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge and experience of the sector their company operates within and a a full understanding of the products and services provided by their company.
  • Must be familiar with computer software programs e.g. Word, Excel etc.
  • Own transport and full clean driving licence.
  • Experience in online business & digital marketing
