  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Setting objectives, coaching, motivating and performance monitoring of Sales Executives to ensure that a high professional standard and monthly sales targets are achieved
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Build and maintain a strong and dedicated sales team
  • Identify emerging markets
  • Provide on-the-ground support for sales Executives as they generate leads and close new deals
  • Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them
  • Provide weekly sales report to the General Manager / Sales &Marketing
  • Qualification and Requirements

  • At least a bachelor’s degree in business administration or professional certificate in Marketing or equivalent
  • A Minimum of 2 years successful sales management experience in B2B and B2C sales.
  • Experience in Selling and Leasing contract is an advantage
  • Demonstrate strong negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  • Must possess excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and without supervision
  • Salary : Gh 3000
