Job Type Permanent / Full Time Working Experience 1 - 3 Years Education Level First Degree Industry Construction Qualifications 1.

Bachelor’s Degree in Estate Management / Building Technology / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration2.HND Estate Management with at least 10 years’ Experience 3.

At least 5 years in a similar supervisory position4.Working knowledge of estate, property & facility management 5.Working knowledge of estate agency6.

Working knowledge of general administration Description

Summary of Duties :

  • Manage the Estate under the guidance of the General Manager
  • To co-ordinate matters of the estate with the Council of the Homeowners Association.
  • Supervise and ensure daily cleaning and maintenance of the estate, ensuring that all facilities are working well at all times.
  • Prompt attention to residents’ queries and problems
  • Ensure that estate rules and bye-laws are enforced for the good of all residents
  • Ensure that in conjunction with the Accounts Officer, Service charge bills are issued monthly and chased for payment.
  • Manage the estate agency business of sale and rental of properties on the estate
  • Ensure prompt payment of rent
  • Generate more domestic service business and manage a good team of artisans
  • Manage janitors and gardeners and ensure that houses under gardening service contracts are serviced as per contract.
  • Prepare and submit daily and monthly estate operational reports for the GM
  • Ensure prompt payment of service charge and other bills by residents
  • Attend Council meetings of the Homeowners Association
  • Supervise works and maintenance projects
  • Promote the business of RGEMC in domestic services and estate agency
