  • Minimum 6 years of experience in selling of AC equipment (VRF, split units, package units, DX AHU + condensing units, Chillers, Air handling units, Fan coil units, etc.)
  • To identify potential customers ,Selection of equipment as per project specification, Estimation / costing, Payment collection and Outstanding Management, Market information gathering & Data Analysis, Manage the Technical and Installation, Identify capable sub-
  • contractors / Award works as required and manage sub-contractor relationship

  • Preparation of Quotations with the assistance of Design Engineer
  • Liaising with project Managers and Engineer to timely completion of project and smooth Cash flow / Payment follow-up
  • Proficient in generating business for DX systems through Consultants / Contractors / Retail Sale
  • Proficient in development and growth of commercial customers, Consultants and Individual Client
  • Proficient in developing and delivering sales activities and market growth for new customers
  • Ability to influence key stakeholders in the customer’s buying decision process
  • Developing long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements;
  • Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing client potential in designated regions
  • Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery;
  • Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs
  • Calculating client quotations and administering client accounts;
  • Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education;
  • Preparing reports for head office and keeping customer records
  • Meeting regular sales targets and coordinating sales projects;
  • Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
  • Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs;
  • Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts;
  • Helping in the design of custom-made products
