Main Responsibilities :

  • Proactively lead client relationships by leveraging Jumia traffic and platform capabilities to drive the client’s business and marketing objectives
  • Actas a trusted advisor to the Key Account to proactively drive adoption, upselland retention
  • Collaboratewith Key Accounts brands and their partners to develop clear businessobjectives, high impact digital marketing programs and measurement of thoseprograms
  • Manageprojects across cross-functional teams and with the client to ensure successfuldelivery of those programs
  • Presentfindings and results to Key Accounts client executives
  • Actas a knowledgeable industry leader in online marketing, analytics, andtargeting
  • Improveand share project management processes, standards, templates and best practicesboth internally and with client teams
  • Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Interestin delivering and supporting Jumia in a client-facing role
  • Abilityto excel in team environments
  • Stronginterpersonal and presentation skills
  • Undergraduateor graduate degree in a technical or business field
  • Passionateabout advertising, marketing, data, analytics and technology
  • Degreepreferably in Marketing, Business or Engineering
  • 3+yrs with Media or Agency experience
  • Interestin client-side positions and digital marketing initiatives
