The successful candidate will focus on customer acquisition, lead generation, and prospect management in developing and delivering strategies for new business development while managing existing businesses with excellent customer services and effective sales and marketing skills.

The business development Manager shall be responsible to research client business referrals, network, and web leads; provide prospective customers / clients with all services offered and additional presentations as needed, and work with clients to create solutions for their needs and consult throughout the sales process.

Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue.


  • Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies
  • Developing insightful recommendations on strategic direction and identify / evaluate specific project opportunities that help bring about growth and access to the market.
  • Must be digitally sound and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel) and able to develop, grow and manage digital business such as Ecommerce and social media marketing and business
  • Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences
  • Research, build and maintain business relationships with current and potential clients as well as key partners
  • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions;
  • responding to client requests for proposals

  • Develop effective ways to improve good customer experience and build brand loyalty
  • Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans to secure, retain and grow accounts
  • Creating and maintaining a list / database of prospect clients; through referrals, email, telephone canvassing, networking, face to face and cold calling on business owners
  • Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process
  • Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews; meeting or exceeding annual sales goals
  • 12. Responsible for securing new customers and managing existing client accounts

    13. Achieve sales targets, provide sales forecasts and proactively take initiatives to improve sales performance.

    14. Gather market intelligence covering new trends, information on competitors and related activities to effectively approach the market with a competitive edge / advantage

    15. Prepare business proposals and agreements for corporate clients

    16. Build and manage a strong and effective Sales and Marketing team.

    17. Develop and manage the marketing budget.

    18. Responsible for Public Relations and representation as the face of our brand

    19. Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
