JOB DESCRIPTION To coordinate and support the development and delivery of effective learning and development programs and organizational development initiatives KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES 1.
Coordinates the development, delivery, and evaluation of staff learning and development programs and the implementation of an annual corporate training budget.
2. Monitors regularly to ensure training and development policies and procedures are applied fairly and uniformly throughout the company.
3. Identify training and development needs within the organisation through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultations with line managers.
4. Coordinates the preparation of and execution of annual training programs 5. Designs training and development programs based on the needs of the organisation 6.
Consider the costs of planned programs and keep within budgets 7. Plan and assess the return the investment of any training or development program 8.
Liaises with departmental heads and supervisors to prepare orientation programs for new staff and coordinate the execution of such programs 9.
Develops and implement systems for evaluating the effectiveness of training and development programs 10. Liaises with departmental heads on career development programs for key staff and follow up regularly to ensure that such programs are on track 11.
Provision of data for Free Zone reporting on trainings on a quarterly basis 12. Prepares training bonds for staff who are sponsored for training 13.
Develops vocational training programs in cooperation with KNUST or other institutions related to below :
Monitors and reviews the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with line managers 17. Administers the Learning Management Systems and ensures the systematic capture of corporate training records and data
