We are looking for a Treasurer for our Shared Business Services who will be responsible for monitoring, planning and managing the utilization of cash and financial services in the most efficient way consistent with the company’s policies and strategy.

Essential Functions :

  • Management of banking map and banking pool
  • Financial facilities management (M&A, Capex and Working capital)
  • Cash-management; daily position and forecast
  • Payment management
  • Online banking management
  • Financial cost management and reporting
  • Reconciliation of all the bank accounts on monthly basis
  • Correct booking of all transactions on the bank statements (accuracy and completeness)
  • Investigate and adjust all outstanding items are investigated and duly adjusted
  • Effect cheque deposit on the bank accounts
  • Perform cash withdrawal for the petty cash replenishment
  • In collaboration with Corporate team, ensure workable relationship with local banks
  • Undertake follow-up on all payments executed
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance.
  • MBA desired.
  • Extensive experience in preparing cash forecasts and cash flow analyses.
  • Experience in building complex financial models to evaluate various financial plans.
  • Knowledge of investment portfolio strategy, banking, and financial instruments.
  • General knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements for investments and other financial instruments.
  • Knowledge of treasury software expertise a plus.
  • Advanced analytical, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced spreadsheet and modeling skills.
  • Required Skills, Knowledge & Competencies :
