    In our questto meet the ever growing need of our customers, we source from severalcountries including but not limited to the United Kingdom, Dubai, India, Chinaand Turkey.

    Ourproducts are far reaching on the African continent. In addition to Ghana,countries within our supply region include but are not limited to Coted’Ivoire, Togo, Mali, Burkina Faso, Liberia, Niger, Nigeria and Gabon.

    Reporting to : Head of Account and Directors

    PRIMARYRESPONSIBILITIES

    SalesRepresentative Job Duties :

  • Present, promote andsell products / services using solid arguments to existing and prospectivecustomers.
  • Perform cost-benefit andneeds analysis of existing / potential customers to meet their needs.
  • Establish, develop andmaintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Promotecompany programmes.
  • Reach out to customer leads via calls, email.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems andcomplaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomeswithin schedule.
  • Co ordinate sales effort with team members and otherdepartments.
  • Analyze the territory / markets potential, tracksales and status reports.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs,problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotionaltrends.
  • Continuously improve through feedback.
  • Obtaining deposits and balance of payment fromclients.
  • Maintaining clients’ record.
  • Generate leads
  • Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders.
  • Qualification and Requirements

    BSc. Marketing / its equivalent (minimum of 3 years experience)

  • Proven experience as a salesrepresentative
  • Excellentknowledge of MS Office
  • Understandthe sales process and dynamics
  • Excellentcustomer service
  • Communicationand negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing,time management and organizational skills
  • Abilityto create and deliver presentations
  • Relationshipmanagement skills
