Our client is a multinational FMCG company with their Africa HQ in Ghana.
They currently have an opening for a Trade Analyst in Accra.
The ideal candidate will :
Responsible for driving growth of existing products as well as launching of any new product in his / her assigned territory by gathering and interpreting data.
Support the implementation of sales plans to maximise volume, profit and share performance.
Manage operational execution of Cycle Plan Activities and Projects on time, on quality, and on budget.
Review and analyse the effectiveness of sales activities, providing insights and recommendations for future success.
At least 3 - 4 years’ experience in a Trade Marketing or Analyst role.
Must be able to coordinate data gathering and interpretation.
Strong numerical and analytical ability to identify trends, issues and opportunities and translate these into insightful & compelling commercial stories and recommendations.
Working independently with minimum supervision and monitoring his team's performance and motivating and driving them to achieve their targets.
Ability to effectively plan, organise and prioritise.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build and leverage working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Resilience, positivity with a can do’ attitude.
