The Business Development Executive will be expected to sell security services (manned guarding, alarm systems, CCTV, electronic fence etc) to customers.
He / She will help customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process. The Sales representative will work to find new sales leads, through business directories, client referrals, etc.
Sometimes, sales representative will focus on inside sales, which typically involves "cold calling" for new clients while in an office setting, and mostly outside sales, which involves visiting clients in the field with new or existing clients.
Minimum Qualification : Degree
Experience Level : Mid level
Experience Length : 2 years
Ability to market the company’s services to targeted audience
Ability to explore and propose new business development opportunities
Ability to participate in periodic market survey on prospective leads
Ability to service existing clients to sustain and expand their sales account
Ability to meet sales target set by Management
Qualification and Requirements
Candidate must possess a Degree in Sales and Marketing or any social science discipline
Must have 2 years or more extensive experience in retail or cooperate sales
Must have a good understanding of private security services, manned guarding and technical services
Must have strong sales prospecting , negotiations, and closing skills
Must have good command of written and spoken English Language
Must have excellent communication and presentation skills
Must be independent, performance-driven and ready to travel if need be.
Must possess a valid driver’s license with driving experience
