    SkyFox Ltd. is seeking for theservices of a Communication Officer to strengthen its communication operations. This position is an internship offer for applicants who have completed theirNational Services.

    Position

    The Communication Officer position (Intern) will write anddistribute content to promote SkyFox Ltd.’s brand, activities or products aswell as act as a liaison between the organization, the public, and the media toensure our brand remains top of mind.

    He / She will be developing and executingmarketing and public relations campaigns, and social media management.

    The CommunicationOfficer role is summarized as :

  • Writingarticles, press releases and responding to media inquiries about the companyand its activitie
  • Responsiblefor writing marketing materials or coordinating promotional events.
  • Maintainingrelations with a specific entity like donors, investors, press, assemblies,consumers or interest groups representing the company's industry sector
  • Coordinatewith company executives to plan the corporation's public relations strategy
  • Tosupport the implementation of excellent development communications and brandingstrategy
  • Supportthe management of strategic communications, conferences and exhibitions thecompany attend including setting purposes and objectives, pre-planning,briefings, logistics, presentations, posters, exhibition stands andcollaterals, conference roles and responsibilities;
  • metrics and data trackingand post conference evaluation and actions close outs.

  • Ensureproper documentation of company events.
  • Ensuretimely update of the company’s website and social media handles.
  • Arrangingspeaking engagements for the company's leadership and maintaining contactswithin the media.

  • Applicant should have an accredited First Degree in communication, journalism or public relations from a recognized university
  • Membership of a professional institution is an advantage
  • At least, two years of work experience will be an advantage
  • Knowledge in Water, Sanitation and Hygiene is a requirement

    Duration and Location : The period of work for the Communication Officer Position will be six(6) months subject to renewal upon satisfactory performance.

    The location ofwork will be in Accra, Greater Accra Region of Ghana.
