To achieve marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews;
preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems;
identifying trends; determining system improvements and implementing change.
To prepare and adhere to budgets for Marketing department
To grow the market, share of the company within the industry
To receive and address complaints from clients
To develop and lead a marketing team that will develop and execute new concepts and business models
To meet marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures;
analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.
To accomplish marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs and developing field sales action plans.
To identify marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses;
forecasting projected business and establishing targeted market.
To mentor sales and marketing officers

Qualification and Experience
A University degree in Marketing
Minimum of four (4) years relevant experience
The position is located in the corporate office.
