    The Position

    Title : DirectSales Representative (DSR)

    Responsibilities :

  • Reports to the Territorial Sales Supervisor (TSS)
  • Meets and or exceeds set monthly sales target
  • Keep close communications with Territory Sales Supervisor (TSS)
  • Conduct market activation and any other sales activities according to the instruction of TSS
  • Possess great customer services skills
  • Ability to identify customer’s needs and sell to it
  • Good knowledge of StarTimes product and packages so that he / she is able to sell appropriately
  • Able to speak local languages and sell through the use of the local languages
  • Communicate confidently and effectively with customers, customer care representatives, installers and dealers
  • Able to have sales plan and build up customers
  • Other duties as assigned by Territory Sales Supervisor (TSS)
  • Basic Qualifications :

  • Senior Secondary Certificate Examination
  • Higher National Diploma or Diploma
  • Must be able to communicate fluently in English and a local Ghanaian language
  • This Person :

  • Ability to plan and adjust properly in new environments
  • Ability to communicate information clearly
  • Must have strong product knowledge
  • Great sales knowledge
  • Strong understanding of sales area and people
  • Must be proactive
  • Must have people skills
  • Willing & able to go through recruitment process.
