B. Conduct Recruitment And On-boarding Related ActivitiesC. Forecast Quarterly And Annual Hiring Needs By Department And Develop HiringStrategies / budgets / plansD.

Manage Sourcing Of Talent Through Different Creative Means / Channels, Including Online (e.g. SocialPlatforms), Professional Networks, Job Fairs, Recruitment Events, Agencies, Etc.
