Job Brief :

To develop and manage a brand electronics and appliances product portfolio.

Full P&L Responsibility for a leading brand Distribution in Ghana.

Responsibilities :

  • Strategy formulation (Product, Price, Promotion, Placement)
  • PSI (Product Sales Inventory) Management, PLM (Product Life Cycle) Management
  • Channel Strategy & Channel Margin Management
  • Company Gross Margin Control
  • Coordination with supplier on day to day basis
  • Sales Management Top line & Bottom Line
  • Market information gathering& Data Analysis
  • Sell-out Management & Sales &Product Training
  • Key client relationship management
  • Credit assessment and risk mitigation
  • Timely and accurate MIS deliverance.
  • Custodian for inventory quality and quantity.
  • Other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
  • Requirement :

  • Degree in International Trade / Marketing
  • 12-15yrs experience in sales & marketing management
  • strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams
  • Should have experience of managing sales / business large territories and leading sufficiently large teams with exposure to product management
  • Should have worked in Consumer electronics and Appliances industry in India for min 8 yrs.
  • Relevant Ghanaian experience will be an added advantage
