    The successful applicant will be responsible for providing high quality executive, personal assistance and administrative support to the CEO.

    The role reports to the CEO.


  • Oversee schedules, meetings and calendar appointments
  • Plan and coordinate logistics for various events
  • Handle client representation with media and other professionals.
  • Ensure all administration tasks are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation requirements in connection with others and ensure arrangements in place for the CEO matches his requirements.
  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
  • Represent the CEO’s interests with publicists, news reporters, industry agents on phone and in person.
  • Any other duties assigned.

  • Must possess excellent communication skills.

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi task and prioritise work.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Must have high level of integrity and ability to work under pressure
  • Good administrative skills.
