JOB PURPOSE :
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing high quality executive, personal assistance and administrative support to the CEO.
The role reports to the CEO.
ROLE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS :
Oversee schedules, meetings and calendar appointments
Plan and coordinate logistics for various events
Handle client representation with media and other professionals.
Ensure all administration tasks are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation requirements in connection with others and ensure arrangements in place for the CEO matches his requirements.
Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
Represent the CEO’s interests with publicists, news reporters, industry agents on phone and in person.
Any other duties assigned.
