Job Summary

We are looking to hire a hands on stock manager to manage kitchen stock and equipment.You must be able to think on your feet, work hard and be honest

  • Minimum Qualification : Degree
  • Experience Level : Entry level
  • Experience Length : 2 years
  • Job Description

  • Record delivery of food items for cooking
  • Disburse food items for cooking on a daily basis
  • Record Kitchen and Marketing Expenses
  • Ensure cooking items are arranged into SKU’s
  • Determine reorder quantities
  • Monitor Stock of catering equipment and food stock
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports on stock andequipment
  • Ensure catering equipment is well maintained
  • Working Hours;
  • Monday - Saturday 7am - 6pm. May Include sundays
