Job Description :

  • Assist in the management of master-list of files, including cross-checks with all physical and digital files to ensure accuracy of content;
  • Assist in the maintenance of knowledge assets and knowledge management materials for the Division;
  • Provide administrative and logistical support when arranging meetings or organising events, as and when required;
  • Engage in organisational divisional committee work as assigned; and
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects and events organised.
  • Job Requirement :

  • Minimum Diploma in a relavant field
  • A meticulous and organise individual who is able to work independently and as a team
