  • Prepare invoice and othervouchers / data entry
  • Preparing bankreconciliations
  • Preparation and filing ofstatutory.
  • Assist in preparation ofannual accounts and budgets.
  • Manage office expenditurewithin the expenditure budgetary limits
  • Prepare, maintain and managegeneral ledger accounting.
  • Inspect, verify and reconcileaccounts receivable records and balances.
  • Good computer skills withknowledge of bookkeeping and spreadsheet programs.
  • Any other duties assigned byManagement.
