    Designation : Sales Unit Manager, Savings

    Branch : Accra

    Start date : Immediately

    Working hours : Daily8h00 till17h00 oras requiredto fulfillone’s responsibilities.

    Description :

  • Responsible for ensuring theachievement of monthly sales forSavings;
  • Responsible for leading the analysis of competitor’s products, features, pricing and otherinformation; presenting marketing strategiesand directionsfor Savings;
  • Responsible for coordinatingmarketing sales and support activitiesfor thebusiness, including the design, supply anddistribution of marketing materials toSales Staff;
  • Responsible for ensuring the maintenance of excellent relationships between the otherbusiness and its topclients;
  • Responsible for ensuringthe maintenanceof excellentrelationship between branches;
  • Responsible for trainingthe SavingsSales Staffin theBranch;
  • Responsible for managingthe performanceof SalesStaff inthe Branch;ensuring that agreed rewards or sanctionsare administered;
  • Responsible for ensuringadherence to agreed compliance standards;
  • Responsible for maintainingand updatingthe designof therequired marketing material(s);
  • Responsible for maintaining andupdating the design of the requiredapplication forms and investment certificates;
  • Responsible for printingand maintainingsufficient stock of the above;
  • Responsible for DepositProgramme related queries by customersand potentialcustomers;
  • Responsible for weekly reportingon progressand performanceto Management;
  • Responsible for anyother task(s)that Managementmay assign.
  • Qualificationand Requirements :

  • A bachelor’sDegree (Finance, Economics or Businesspreferred)
  • Excellent knowledgeof theGhanaian small business climate andpreferences
  • Minimum three (3)years’ experience in sales managementrole.
  • Skill s / At t ribu t e s

  • Hard workingand analytical;
  • Self-starter;
  • Excellent communicationand interpersonalskills;
  • Sales target drivenand goodsales skills
  • Team spirit is essential
