Set Individual Sales Targets With Sales Team3.Delegate Responsibility For Customer Accounts To Sales Personnel4.Co-ordinate Sales Action Plans For Individual Salespeople5.

Establish Sales Pipeline Targets For Individual Sales Staff And Ensure That These Targets Are Successfully Met Though Close Supervision, Training And Any Other Support Agreed On.

6.Oversee The Activities And Performance Of The Sales Team Ensuring That Sales Objectives And Activities Are Met.7.Ensure Sales Team Have The Necessary Resources To Perform Properly8.
