    JOB TITLE : Marketing / Business Development Manager

    REPORTS TO : CEO

    FUNCTION : Business Development

    ROLE OBJECTIVE :

    A global company comprising 5 member companies in the area of Energy, Finance, Trading and logistics, Property management and Management Consultancy services in Ghana is in search of an efficient and professional full time Marketing Manager to develop, implement and execute strategic marketing plan for the entire company to increase profitability and growth of the company.

    The ideal candidate must have five (5) years professional working experience in commodity trading and real estate / property management.

    Key Responsibilities

    a) Invigorate marketing strategies in the fields of endeavor targeting maximum results in Properties, Logistics and Trading, Energy and Management Consultancy.

    b) Plan in the long and short term to achieve marketing results in all areas of the Groups’ operations.

    c) Oversee overall marketing and sales approach of the various products of the Group.

    d) Develop specific programmers to enhance the performance of the sales and marketing staff towards achieving short- and long-term results.

    e) Monitor and evaluate daily, weekly and monthly inputs of marketing and sales activities and report it to Management.

    f) Deliver quarterly reports on activities of marketing and sales staff, indicating performance levels in their responsibilities to Management.

    g) Exertion, effective and full control of marketing and sales staff movements.

    h) Make routine checks on leads available, the extent of negotiations, and scope of arrangement being applied and organize any shortfalls into place and possibly tie the ends.

    i) Source for and produce leads for marketing advantages to be put at the disposal of the Group to drive initiatives towards achieving needed results.

    j) Bring out alternative ideas and options on matters militating against progress of marketing and sales to the notice of Management.

    k) Drive initiative in the marketing and sales department for utmost results and be a champion to the course of success at post.

    l) Mineral Trading is a general responsibility of all members of staff. You are therefore required to make contacts and find interested buyers of Gold and other precious minerals.

    Prospective buyers could be sourced from both inside and outside of the country.
