  • Job Description

  • Assist in payroll preparations, filings and payment of salaries to staff
  • Ensure that filings are accurately done at the relevant regulatory bodies
  • Preparation of payment vouchers and invoices
  • Assist Compliance Officers and Risk Manager in meeting regulatory deadlines.
  • File and pay monthly income tax (PAYE) and withholding tax obligations
  • Assist Compliance Officer and Risk Manager in Renewal of Licenses with relevant bodies
  • Daily posting of entries into QuickBooks
  • Liaise with bankers to report accurate daily cash balances to Finance Manager
  • Preparation of bank reconciliation statement
  • All other duties as may assigned by the Finance Manager and / or Finance Associate

    Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting Option)

    ACCA or ICAG Partly Qualified Candidates will have an added advantage
