  • Preparing and filing government reports
  • Drafting legal documents
  • Reviewing new business relationships with vendors and subcontractors
  • Guiding managers on regulatory and compliance matters
  • Administering training workshops
  • Formulating employee handbooks
  • Analyzing legal issues relating to proposed products
  • Representing the corporation before administrative boards and court trials
  • Providing supervision to outside lawyers hired to assist the corporation with their specialized legal services
  • Structuring joint enterprises with other organizations
  • To write and revise legal documents.
  • To represent employers and clients in legal matters.
  • To ensure legality of business practices and transactions.
  • To keep companies out of legal problems
  • Keep clients updated with regards to new business laws and regulations
  • To advice on labor relations, tax issues, employee contracts, etc.

  • A degree in law
  • Qualification in Company law

  • Ability to interpret complex legal documents.
  • Concrete knowledge in company tax and Ghana labor laws
  • Excellent writing, reading comprehension and client relations skills to deal effectively with different personalities
  • Have a solid knowledge of legal codes, standard court procedures, executive orders and government regulations.
  • Should also be creative thinker,
  • Good problem-solver
  • Minium of 4 years experience is a bonus.
