  • Respond to enquiries on travel correspondence;
  • Manage email messages on all authorized email addresses and relay to the CEO
  • Manage the operations of the DHL and Travel Insurance
  • Maintain an excellent Customer Service
  • Answer phones by directing calls and responding to inquiries
  • Take minutes at meetings and distribute.
  • Perform any other activity that will be assigned.
  • Prepare invoices and receipts on all transactions
  • Prepare Payment Vouchers
  • Update the cheque register and coordinate banking transactions.
