  • Manpower hiring as per the recruitment plan agreed along with the Business heads / department heads
  • Develop manpower planning and budgeting for the company
  • Develop Training programmes to enhance employee performance and productivity
  • Ensure Statutory Complaint status at all times
  • Executing Employee Engagement initiatives to keep people together and make the workplace exciting, rewarding and engaging
  • Maintain employee records and files in order for ease of reference (both ERP and physical copies of the records)
  • Dispatching and Receiving Letters
  • Receiving of Visitors and Attending to them
  • Catering for Executive visitors (Serving them and ensuring they are comfortable)
  • Keep filing / document management system for organized electronic and paper document management (storing them properly for future reference)
  • Manage employee communication and ensure that employees are well informed at regular intervals with key happening in the company
  • Monitor and order office suppliers
  • Perform errands that assist daily functions
  • General reception duties and returning of calls as appropriate usually per request
  • Assist in general office support duties
  • Monitoring attendance
  • Assist with event planning and implementation including setting up, breaking down and other tasks needed
  • Maintains attendance files
  • Researches and assembles information
  • Data entry and loading other necessary information into software programmes
  • Photocopying and binding of documents
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Processing, maintaining and preparing forms, records, reports and drivers control logs
  • Keeping the list of employee contacts updated
  • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by Management
