  • Create A Cohesive And Result-oriented Leadership Team That Works Across Functions For The Common Good Of The Company
  • Introduce Performance Management Across The Company To Enhance Productivity.
  • Enhance Employee Engagement And Manage The Employee Relations Environment. Also, Ensure That The Labour Union Is Regularly Engaged.
  • Creation, Leadership And Management Of A Team That Drives And Support Revenue Generation, Customer Loyalty And Include The Development Of Staff Potential
  • Engage Senior Level Contacts And Business Partners In Government, Corporate Entities And The Media In The Region
